COVID-19
All shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays. This means we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time-frame, including express shipping methods.

US Orders
We ship anywhere within the Continental US.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico for additional fee.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is based on package weight and the destination address it is shipped to. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Please check your information carefully before submitting your order.

Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 30+ business days for order processing and shipping. If we require longer than 30 days we will contact you and let you know. Orders with express shipping (such as Next Day, 2 Day Air, etc...) Orders placed on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following business day.

Choice of Shipping Carrier
We reserve the right to choose a shipping carrier when shipping orders. Currently we ship with multiple carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and OnTrack. If you placed your order for a specific carrier we will try to honor your choice but might ship with a different carrier of our choice using the same or a very similar delivery service.

Orders Below $500
Orders valued $500 or less will ship without signature requirement. If no one is present upon delivery the carrier might at their discretion leave the package. We are NOT responsible for any lost packages left by the carrier. If you feel it might not be safe for the carrier to leave the package please specify so during checkout (in the comments section). We will then ship with a signature requirement, the fee will be billed separately and is passed from the carrier (Signature Fee: USPS $2.70, UPS $6.70).

Orders Above $500
Orders of $500 and above will ship signature required. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that someone will be available to sign for the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages left by the carrier.


Additional Insurance (Optional)
Insurance is administered by Shipsurance. By purchasing you agree to their coverage terms (link). You can insure your shipment (including shipping costs) against loss or damage for up to $5,000.00. Restrictions apply. See what can’t be insured (link). This will replace any insurance provided by the carrier. DOMESTIC RATES: $0.75 per $100.00 of coverage


Free Shipping
Most orders totaling $250 and more will be eligible for free ground shipping, with some exceptions for bulky and special order items.

Delivery Fallacies
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to heavy holiday shipping schedules, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, and Acts of God. Should your package be delayed while in carriers possession it is the responsibility of the carrier to indemnify any losses sustained by you.

International Orders
We do NOT accept International orders and do NOT ship overseas.
